Bremen, June 28, 2006 – IGEL Technology, the leading European Thin Client company strides forward with its internationalization and names industry and marketing leader, Stephen Yeo, as its Worldwide Strategic Marketing Director. Stephen will lead the company’s international marketing and help develop the company’s long term strategy.

The former Marketing Director of Wyse and Dell strives to help IGEL reinvent the traditional Thin Client business and establish the company as a leading provider for Digital Service Delivery Devices (DSD2). With this strategic personnel decision, IGEL strengthens its marketing prowess and secures its international direction. Currently, IDC already lists the German manufacturer as the largest thin client vendor in Germany and sixth worldwide (Q1 2006).

Stephen Yeo (42) has extensive knowledge of the international IT business and joins from Dell where he was Marketing Director UK. Prior to Dell, from 2000 to 2004, Stephen was Marketing Director EMEA & ANZ at Wyse Technology.
