Terms and Conditions of Training Registration USA & Canada

Confirmation

We will confirm your registration and include details of the program and directions to the IGEL Training Center at least 10 days prior to the date of the seminar. In the event that the organizer has to cancel the seminar on short notice for good cause, participants will not be reimbursed for previously incurred expenses.

Payment for cost-based seminars

You will be invoiced for the cost of the seminar, if any, upon completion of the program. Costs are per person and cover seminar, training material and beverages offered during the seminar in our facilities. All prices are subject to those in effect at the time the invoice is issued. All previous price lists are hereby superseded.

Training material

All participants receive detailed training materials which are copyrighted by IGEL Technology America, LLC. Reproduction and reprinting requires the express approval of IGEL Technology America, LLC. Please note that the training documentation is currently available in English only. Product names used in the training material are manufacturer trademarks. The organizer reserves the right to change seminar dates and topics.

Cancellation

No fee will be charged for cancellations up to one month prior to the seminar. For cancellations on short notice, we will charge a flat fee of $95.00. Of course, you can delegate a substitute (a coworker or other employee of your organization). For cancellations within 5 to 10 business days of the seminar date, we will charge 50% of the training cost. Cancellations within 5 days of the event and no-shows will be charged for the full price of the seminar.

Miscellaneous

  1. IGEL Technology America, LLC is not responsible for damage incurred due to accidents in the training facilities or loss or theft of articles taken to the training facilities, especially clothing or valuables, unless damage is caused by gross negligence or intentional breach of contract by a legal representative or agent of IGEL.
  2. Participants are responsible for damage caused by making unlawful copies of software products.
  3. Amendments and supplements to the agreement between customer and IGEL Technology America, LLC, especially individual understandings, are effective only if confirmed in writing. Verbal promises and agreements to waive the writing requirement are invalid.
  4. The IGEL Technology America, LLC Terms and Conditions of Sale apply for this Conditions of Training Registration.
