The virtualized version of the new Universal Desktop Linux based firmware provides you with a cost and risk free way to evaluate the look and feel of IGEL’s Universal Desktops. IGEL’s virtualized thin client offers the possibility to test IGEL’s feature rich Advanced pack thin client firmware on an ordinary PC or notebook test system. With the virtual Universal Desktop you will find out about the many benefits of the Universal Desktop, such as a rich user experience that is indistinguishable from a PC, and access to a variety of local software tools like e.g. a Firefox browser, media player or a SAP GUI, as well as protocol clients like e.g. RDP, ICA, VDM, NX and X11R6.
