Responsibilities

  • Incident management and end-user support in business applications
  • Coordination of solution process with business, internal IT teams and external service providers
  • Trouble shooting / root cause analysis of application and interface problems
  • Solve, test, document and report incidents
  • Analysis, design and documentation of business processes (BPMN)
  • Documentation of new feature requests
  • Design and specify implementation proposals, drive business-IT alignment
  • Test and document new features, publish release notes, train key users

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable subject or comparable experience with conceptual strength and above-average comprehension
  • 4+ years’ work experience as incident manager / requirement engineer / consultant
  • 4+ years’ work experience in the area of Dynamics (CE, UO) or other CRM applications
  • Strong experience in conducting workshops and trainings
  • Experience in business process management
  • Experience in backlog / release management (devops, …)
  • Collaboration / management of IT projects (agile, classic)
  • Experience in channel and subscription based industries / processes is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
  • Solution-oriented, collegial, supportive attitude
  • Work in an international team of IT specialists that strongly aligns within the IT infrastructure and IT business applications department at IGEL’s headquarters in Bremen, Germany
