The Role

We are seeking an innovative Field Marketer to support the Marketing Manager UKI in planning and implementing our Field and Channel marketing strategies across UK/I. You will be supporting the development of channel-specific marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, and marketing communications.

To ensure success as a Field Marketeer, you will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of field and channel marketing strategies and experience in the IT industry. An outstanding Field Marketeer will be someone whose has a track record in delivering results in optimised marketing strategies which contributed to increased profitability and growth.

We offer hybrid working, however the expectation is that you will be able to travel as required to events and attend the Reading office, or a partner’s office at least 50% of the time. We are open to considering part-time working for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager UK/I with planning, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies for different marketing and sales channels, including Field, Channel and Digitial Marketing.
  • Support the Marketing Manager UK/I in deploying channel marketing strategies in collaboration with Sales leaders and other departments
  • Launching and co-ordinating agreed Channel marketing campaign communications and establishing strong partner networks
  • Manage the organisation of, and attend, Company marketing events, including managing a booth, liaising with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the creation and execution of pre and post campaign activity, including but not limited to: Email campaigns, Social Media and Sales Development Representative enablement
  • Assist in tracking and reporting of marketing activities
  • Execute Account Based Marketing activities
  • Evaluating and improving existing channel marketing strategies
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to develop new channel marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans
  • Targeting specific channels to promote products and services, including social media platforms, emails, website contents, and SEO strategies
  • Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results
  • Assist in managing the UK Marketing budget

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of proven work experience in a similar role, marketing, business development or sales
  • Experience in the Virtualization (VDI) or EUC industry would be a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities; empathic listener and persuasive speaker
  • Must be a self-starter, curious, analytical, resilient, and have the proven ability to perform in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach
