The Role

To support our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in our front office with a focus on purchasing in full or part time with immediate effect.

Responsibilities

  • Staffing of the front office with associated reception activities
  • Processing of all procurement requests (goods, licenses and services) in our Dynamics ERP system
  • Monitoring the workflow of all procurement requests up to invoicing
  • Selection of suppliers and preparation of price comparisons
  • Legal pre-audit of offers/contracts
  • Coordination of facility management (including cleaning, security, utilities (water, electricity) for the German branches as well as cooperation with the facility management and external service providers
  • Organization of office materials
  • General administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and support in event planning

Qualifications

  • Successful completed commercial training
  • Experience in purchasing or accounting is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Thrives in a fast paced, service-oriented organization
  • Excellent organization skills and can work indepently
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Experienced in using MS-Office applications as well as Dynamics ERP, or similar ERP system
  • Excellent communication skills and remains calm under pressure
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
