The Role

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be a highly motivated individual and work in a team together with the Enterprise Account Managers and system engineers. You will identify & qualify customer inquiries, advise customers and help bring sales projects to a close. You maintain contact with customers and partners on the phone, by e-mail and at events and support the development, expansion and accuracy of the customer database. You will occasionally act as a back office for your colleagues in the field.


  • Drive new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound efforts
  • Help close deals and collaborate with your enterprise team to hit monthly quotas
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprises, partners and resellers to identify and close new business
  • Work with marketing to help transform their efforts into leads for the sales organization
  • Maintain active engagement with potential customers through creative follow-up to increase interest (e.g. using LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Work with your team to provide accurate forecasting
  • Update and maintain the IGEL CRM system (MS Dynamics knowledge preferred)
  • Update and coordinate account plan relevant efforts
  • Help to create offers and quotes for enterprises
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • You have 3+ years of experience in selling software to Enterprise/Global customers.
  • Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High-energy, passionate, self-starter with a strong desire to ultimately move into enterprise sales
  • Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
  • You are willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
