The Role

You will work in the sales team and be responsible for your own sales region. You will qualify customer inquiries, advise customers and bring sales projects to a successful conclusion. You will maintain contact with customers and partners on the phone, by e-mail and at trade fairs, and support the development and expansion of the customer database. Occasionally, you provide back office support for colleagues in the field.

At the same time, you will work as a team leader and be responsible for the inside sales team in the UK. You will delegate tasks within your team, support your team to achieve their goals and act as a coach to ensure good working harmony within the team.


  • Proactive support of our sales partners and customers
  • Expansion of your region

  • Maintenance of existing customers

  • Onboarding of new employees within the team
  • Delegating tasks within the team
  • Leading team meetings
  • Preparation of regular analyses of the sales territory and derivation of appropriate sales activities
  • Preparation of forecasts and reports


  • Successful completion of commercial or technical education
  • Practical experience in sales
  • Experience as a team leader desirable
  • You enjoy sales and are motivated to sell
  • Affinity for IT
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • High level of commitment, solution-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
