The Role

Together with 100+ partners such as Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft or Amazon, we enable a wide range of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Desktop as a Service applications. In doing so, we exploit the full power of the endpoints and offer our customers a secure platform.

Our development team implements the entire software development process and is responsible for various front-end, back-end and web applications.

To drive technical and content innovation, it designs new software solutions based on modern technologies, such as distributed systems and cloud computing.

As a Security Engineer (m/f/d) in our application development, you will ensure that the products meet the most modern security requirements for enterprise use. You will support the team in all security issues and work on the implementation of security-critical components yourself.

  • You will develop security concepts for our software and implement them in a team
  • You will develop Secure Coding Guidelines for Java and Angular
  • You support the team in re-design and new developments and the expansion of automated security tests
  • You will develop a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) within the Java Development
  • You will conduct security training for developers


  • You have a degree in computer science, mathematics or a suitable professional experience with qualified technical training
  • You have a good knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java)
  • You have experience with technologies and frameworks like Spring, JPA, Tomcat and web technologies (TypeScript, RESTful Web Services)
  • You are familiar with common development tools (IntelliJ, Maven, Git)
  • You are familiar with Secure Coding Guidelines for Java
  • You have experience with measures that increase security during software development, such as static code analysis, code review and automated tests
  • Capturing complex interrelationships and developing content independently is no problem for you
