  • Within the concept of an integrated office management structure, you are an important point of communication
  • In addition, you will assist the Karlsruhe location with the planning and organization of business meetings, internal and external events and gatherings, and will be responsible for the reception and hosting of visitors
  • You will be the contact person for all office-related tasks (maintenance, mailings, supplies, equipment, invoices, errands, etc.) and will take care of ordering supplies for the Karlsruhe office in a timely manner
  • You are the point of contact for internal and external contacts
  • You will work with Human Resources to implement and adjust policies as needed
  • You will independently maintain filing systems and manage files containing confidential information
  • You will provide organizational as well as content support for the SVP Enterprise Sales EMEA
  • You will be assisting with the preparation of presentations and other documents and compiling information and materials in German and English
  • The coordination of international business trips, planning of QBRs, customer meetings and travel expense reporting are part of your duties
  • You will plan and coordinate periodic goal achievement reviews with responsible managers
  • You will assist in identifying relevant contacts at prospective key enterprise customers for the Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs)


  • At least Realschulabschluss or higher
  • Further qualification as Administrative Assistant or Secretary is an advantage
  • Proven work experience as Office Manager, Administrative Assistant etc.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational & planning skills in a fast-paced environment
