The Role

IGEL is looking for a detail oriented, focused, and highly organized Order Management Specialist to join our North American Sales Operations team. This individual will assist in supporting various departments including, but not limited to, Sales, Purchasing, Order Processing, and Production and will be a trusted resource both within IGEL and with our Resellers, End Customers, and Distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process orders within IGEL’s ERP system
  • Review each PO and quote for accuracy
  • Ensure all tools, processes, CRM, and reporting support the order workflow
  • Become a subject matter expert on the ERP system
  • Act as an operations liaison with North American technology distributors and resellers
  • Maintain and monitor hardware inventory levels
  • Assist in demo equipment management process
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of IGEL’s core products and utilize this knowledge to successfully contribute to the Sales Operations team
  • Provide insight into order process improvements
  • Facilitating data review and reporting on all bookings
  • Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal departments
  • Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
  • Maintain the framework that every sales team needs to achieve sustainable, long-term growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required plus 2-5 years industry experience, preferably within a high growth technology company
  • Highly detailed oriented with a proven affinity for data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably MS Dynamics
  • Experience with ERP Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed, hands on, and proactive
