The Role

Currently, IGEL has an opening for a Sales Operations Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), a hands-on operational role managing the processes, tools and analytics to support our sales organization in EMEA.

This position will work cross-functionally and collaborate with many parts of the team in a fast-paced, team environment. The ideal candidate will be a partner for the EMEA sales organization and serve as the point of contact for all operational matters, ensuring smooth sales processes.


  • On-boarding of new sales team members, including MS Dynamics support and sales processes
  • Assistance in monitoring the sales pipeline to drive forecast accuracy and predictability
  • Support the sales teams with reporting and data analysis
  • Support the administration of SPIFF programs
  • Master data management within our CRM tool, MS Dynamics (Account creation for both resellers and end customers, Data enrichment of new and existing accounts, Maintain current and future data hygiene)
  • Serve as point of contact for the EMEA sales team in regards to CRM data inquiries
  • Serve as a member of the global MS Dynamics team for the resolution of data and process issues
  • Own and maintain process and training documentation for systems, reports and business processes


  • Degree – Bachelor’s degree minimum (preferably business degree)
  • 2+ years of Sales operations experience, preferrably in a high-growth technology company
  • Microsoft Office qualified
  • CRM Dynamics knowledge, project management and reporting skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Self-directed, hands-on
