We are looking for an energetic talent acquisition professional to join our team in a brand-new role. This role can be based within IGEL’s EMEA footprint in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria or Sweden.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be fluent in English and German and be part of the Global People team, with a focus on EMEA.
This role will manage full-cycle recruiting activities and be responsible for identifying and delivering high-quality candidates while advising hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process. This position involves collaborative partnering internally and externally, to fill attrition and expansion roles as well as the continuous building of quality talent pipelines.
Reporting to the VP of Human Resources EMEA, the Talent Acquisition Partner joins an EMEA based team, bringing the opportunity to help shape the employee experience with additional projects to build the capacity of the People Team.
