The Role

We are looking for an energetic talent acquisition professional to join our team in a brand-new role. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be part of the Global People team, with a focus on North America. The partner will manage full-cycle recruiting activities and be responsible for identifying and delivering high-quality candidates while advising hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process. This position involves collaborative partnering internally and externally, to fill attrition and expansion roles as well as the continuous building of quality talent pipelines.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources NA, the Talent Acquisition Partner joins a small but growing team in North America, bringing the opportunity to help shape the employee experience with additional projects to build the capacity of the People Team.


  • Partner with hiring managers and People Team colleagues to improve and execute talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment, develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels and manage the entire candidate experience.
  • Manage and process internal applications and employee referrals for positions in accordance with policy and program guidelines.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, from application stage to offer, evaluating skill levels, driving the interview and offer process, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline to ‘build a bench’ of potential candidates for future hires.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to provide exceptional customer service and clear and constant communication regarding expectations, interviewing best practices, timeline, and status on open positions.
  • Maintain knowledge about positions, required skills and competencies to market/recruit/source appropriate applicants and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws throughout the recruitment and hiring cycle.
  • Manage the workforce planning activities for NA, collaborating with HR and Finance colleagues.
  • Compile weekly, monthly and annual metrics on recruiting activities to track performance against KPIs. Actively work with the Global People Team to leverage systems, data and insights to ensure all our talent acquisition strategies are well informed, cost effective and executed at pace.
  • Actively work with Global People Team colleagues toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Actively work with Global People Team colleagues to strengthen and execute employer branding action plans.
  • Research, suggest, and participate in local and nationwide recruiting events (career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.) and maintain a network of external contacts to assist in filling open positions with top talent.
  • Participate in the preparations for the new HRIS and ATS. Once the ATS is in place, maintain all candidate tracking within the ATS and prepare weekly status reports on open jobs for management review. Until that time, actively work with the Global People Team to improve manual tracking and reporting.
  • Take initiative to stay informed of talent trends and share with broader People Team.
  • Participate in projects and administrative tasks that further the Global People Team and talent acquisition capabilities, as well as enhancing the employee experience.


  • A bachelor's degree or combination of education and related experience
  • 4+ years of full cycle talent acquisition and recruitment experience. Tech industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience using recruitment and digital tools such as ATS, electronic job boards (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media and the ability to proactively source and mobilize relevant candidates
  • Experience supporting teams and in remote locations and conducting interviews remotely
  • Flexibility, integrity and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust and good working relationships across all levels
  • Possesses superb detail oriented and organizational skills
  • Has a positive and strong work ethic
  • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable in fast paced work environments
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
