The Role

Do you enjoy getting in touch with and speaking to new people? Are you confident and articulate, with a passion for recruitment? If this sound slike you, then join  our EMEA HR team and support us in the exciting search for new talent!


  • You will independently search for suitable candidates for our open positions in sales and software development, amongst others, and will work with LinkedIn to do so
  • You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements
  • You will take a direct approach and in conjunction with the hiring manager, identifiy potential candidates
  • You will support the establishment of a talent pool
  • You support the HR team and the hiring managers in, translating and posting job advertisements as well as in the entire administrative application and onboarding process


  • Studies in economics, business administration, business psychology, Human Resources or comparable field of study are required
  • You need to have a keen interest in the area of HR, especially in recruitment
  • You are still enrolled in further education for at least 6 months or longer
  • You will need to be available for 16 to 20 hours per week to be worked over 3-4 days a week
  • Excellent organizational skills, independence , confidence and endurance need to be amongst your strengths
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • You must have very good written and spoken German and English skills
