Managing Director and Partner
Mr Gloge is a pillar of the international thin client community. After starting with Melchers in 1988, he was made General Manager of their NetCom division, which in 2001 became the independent daughter company, IGEL Technology GmbH. He was one of the founders of the European Thin Client Forum in 2002 and currently is Chairman of the “Thin Client & Server Based Computing” group in Germany’s highly influential IT industry association, BITKOM. A native of North Germany, Mr. Gloge originally studied Computing at different institutions.

Managing Director and Partner
Nicolas Helms is Executive Partner at Melchers Group, parent company of IGEL Technology GmbH. Originally from Bremen, he has worked in six different countries on four continents, where he has gained extensive experience in international business. In 1994 he was named Director of Melchers Hong Kong. Mr. Helms has been Managing Director at C. Melchers GmbH & Co. KG since 2000. He was one of two directors who founded IGEL Technology GmbH as a Melchers subsidiary in 2001. Nicolas Helms holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University, USA.

Mr Doerdelmann is one of the industry’s most highly qualified engineering managers with more than 15 years practical experience in server-based computing and development of both thin clients and terminals. He joined IGEL GmbH in 1991 taking responsibility for the technical department from service to support. Then for a period of three years he joined OBO Bettermann GmbH to gain additional project management experience in the electrical industry. In 2001 he returned to IGEL to set-up, structure, organize and manage IGEL’s world class German engineering teams for product management, R & D, and quality assurance in the Augsburg branch office. Mr. Doerdelmann has professional qualifications in both electro-technique and in commerce.

Mr Behnke is an experienced international sales & marketing leader with a proven track record in channel and key account sales in the server-based computing and thin clients market. Since 1984, he has gained a wealth of IT sales experience and prior to joining IGEL was Manager Brand Marketing EMEA at Novell where he successfully developed a strong channel through the introduction of joint technology products that addressed customer and market needs. A German based international system house benefited from his skills for over ten years as he managed and was operationally responsible implementing technical training and consulting services within the Microsoft, Oracle, Sun, MySQL and Citrix authorized markets. Mr. Behnke holds degrees in electro-technique, computer science and information technology from University of Bremen, Germany.

Managing Director - IGEL Technology Ltd
Simon Richards serves as Managing Director of IGEL Technology Ltd, located in Reading, UK. With more than 20 years of experience in sales within the information technology sector, much of that time spent selling and marketing thin client solutions, Richards is responsible for expanding IGEL’s presence in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Holland, France, Italy, Spain overseeing IGEL’s sales and marketing teams and building relationships with IGEL’s channel partners in the region. During his tenure at IGEL, Richards led the growth and expansion of IGEL’s North American sales and presales teams.
Prior to joining IGEL, Richards served as Channel Sales Director for Wyse Technology where he was responsible for the development of distribution and reseller channels throughout the EMEA region. Earlier in his career, he held sales roles with Motorola and Cray Communications.
Richards resides in Hampshire, England.

President and CEO - IGEL North America
As President and CEO of IGEL North America, Jed Ayres is responsible for leading the IGEL marketing and sales teams in building stronger relationships within the North American IT channel, and developing new tools and resources to help drive the success of mutual customers. He also oversees IGEL’s global marketing programs, and holds a seat as Managing Director on the IGEL Technology Group Board of Directors.
Ayres joined IGEL Technology from AppSense, which was acquired by LANDESK in March 2016. During his tenure at AppSense, he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, leading the company in dramatically increasing awareness and driving revenue growth through the transformation of AppSense’s digital marketing, social media, public relations and analyst relations programs. During his tenure there, he also drove efforts to unify the global partner program and increased the company’s investment in marketing programs for its top channel partners, which led to a double-digit increase in sales. Prior to AppSense, Ayres spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles in both publicly and privately held high growth IT solution providers operating within the $50M to $10B+ revenue range, including MCPc, MTM Technologies and GE Capital IT Solutions.
Ayres holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Sonoma State University and an MBA from San Francisco State University. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Martin van Os
Martin van Os serves as Group Chief Financial Officer for IGEL Technology. In this role, he is responsible for building the financial strategy that will drive IGEL’s global growth, capitalizing on the rising demand for solutions that improve the agility, efficiency, scalability and security of today’s virtual desktop and application delivery systems.
van Os joined IGEL in May 2016 with 25 years of financial and executive management expertise. He has served in a range of leadership positions including CFO, Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor and Entrepreneur, and this expansive experience gives van Os a unique perspective on the financial strategies that power a successful business.
Prior to joining IGEL, van Os was Managing Director of brille24 GmbH, a leading online provider of prescription glasses with presence in six countries. Before his position with brille24, he held financial advisor and CFO positions with Soundcloud Ltd, Corporate Finance Partners and KKFnet. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Eindhoven and a MBA from the European School of Management. van Os resides in Bremen, Germany.
