* Fixed deployment on devices with the following error:  
  error: can't allocate initrd.  
  In this case the OS Creator image size is too big and the optional Nvidia
  partition must be stripped from installer. The new stripping option 
  must be set via the "Change Nvidia strip setting" menu option.
