IGEL’s Simon Clephan Named to Top Midmarket IT Executives List by The Channel Company and Midsize Enterprise Summit

Clephan honored for his strong commitment to helping midmarket companies achieve end-user productivity goals and simplify the management of their software-defined endpoints

The annual list honors influential vendor and solution provider executives who have demonstrated an exceptionally strong commitment to the midmarket.

Clephan joined IGEL in January 2017 with more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing for the enterprise software industry including virtualization, VDI and end-user computing. As Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for IGEL, Clephan is responsible for managing IGEL’s strategic alliances with OEMs and system integrators including AMD, Citrix, Intel, Lakeside, Microsoft, Samsung, and VMware. He is also tasked with driving company growth within the healthcare sector through the expansion of the relationships IGEL has with market-leading OEMs including Cerner, Epic, Caradigm, Imprivata and Nuance.

  • Achieving 890% increase in software revenue in the U.S. market in the first half of 2017 and 156% worldwide through aggressive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Expanding the IGEL Platinum Partner Program and helping to establish Channel Partner Advisory, Customer Advisory and Marketing Advisory Councils.
  • Producing 20 Demo Kits, sponsored by Intel, valued at more than $5,000 each that were distributed to IGEL Platinum Partners in Q2’17.
  • Establishing new routes to market through innovative Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) managed service offerings from Platinum Partners Entisys360 and MTM Technologies.
  • Strengthening the relationships that IGEL has with ecosystem partners including AMD, Caradigm, Imprivata, Lakeside Software and Samsung.
