IGEL OS offers a secure, read-only operating system that can be booted in minutes to restore the device to a clean state, enabling secure access to company apps and data to get your systems back up and running to restore productivity.
The IGEL OS can be downloaded and installed on the device or temporarily installed with a USB-pluggable UD Pocket that is used only during the time of an IT outage or “blue screen” episode. IGEL OS allows IT to circumvent the impacted operating system to access critical systems. Once the episode has been resolved the UD Pocket can be unplugged, and the device reverts to the original operating system.
