Initial Interview

Phone or virtual call with our Talent Acquisition Partner

2nd stage

Virtual or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and possibly other team members

3rd stage

Virtual or in-person interview with other team members and possibly members of other departments. You may be asked to prepare a presentation, depending on the role.

Meet the Team/ Senior Leaders

There may be a final virtual or in-person interview. You will meet manager(s) in the business area or more colleagues from other departments.

Click on the position you are interested in and then on the “Apply for This Job” button. You can then enter all the necessary information and upload your documents. We look forward to receiving your application!

Yes, you can apply for several positions. However, this is not mandatory. If we have another position that could suit you, we will talk to you about it in the first interview and clarify whether this position could also be interesting for you.

We need the following information from you to process your application: Your first and last name, your address, your contact details (phone and e-mail), your CV as well as your availability and your salary expectations. There are also a few other questions which you will be asked. There is also the option upload further documents (e.g. testimonials, certificates etc.), which we would recommend as this assists us during the shortlisting process.

IGEL offers the opportunity to work part-time. Simply apply for the position you are interested in and let us know that you would prefer a part-time job. You are welcome to indicate how many hours a week you would like to work and this will be considered during the application process.

We also offer you the opportunity to work remotely. Some positions can be completely remote and some hybrid. Let’s have a chat to see if this is an option for the role you are interested in.
