In order to return your IGEL evaluation unit please complete the form below.

An Evaluation Return Number will be emailed to you after submission of this form.

Terms of transport:

• The Evaluation Return Number must be written clearly visible on the outside packaging.
• The Evaluation Return Number must be used in all correspondence.
• Return shipment must include a proof of purchase.
• The IGEL thin client needs to be returned in its original or equivalent packing with all components (power cable, power brick, CD, Manuals, Smartcard, etc.).
• You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the thin client(s).
