IGEL Technology’s Jed Ayres Recognized on CRN’s List of Top 100 Executives

A proven track record for developing innovative and high-growth marketing and partner programs garnered Ayres a spot on the annual list in the category of “Innovators”

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 1, 2016 – IGEL Technology, a world leader in the delivery of powerful workspace management software, software-defined endpoints, and thin and zero client solutions, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Jed Ayres, President and CEO, IGEL North America to its 2016 list of Top 100 Executives.

As a member of this annual list, Ayres is among a group of leaders from across the technology industry who have played an integral role in shaping today’s IT channel, whether by driving huge cultural shifts, creating rich new opportunities or forging innovative new routes to success. Recognized for his proven track record for developing innovative and high-growth marketing and partner programs across the IT hardware, software, supply chain and services segments, Ayres was also acknowledged as one of this year’s “Top 25 Innovators” on the list.

Ayres joined IGEL North America in June 2016 from AppSense, which was acquired by LANDESK in March 2016, where he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, leading the company in dramatically increasing awareness and driving revenue growth through the transformation of AppSense’s digital marketing, social media, public relations and analyst relations programs. As President and CEO of IGEL North America, he is leading the charge modernizing IGEL’s partner program by developing and implementing a strategy around how channel partners can increase margins and grow their unit sales.
