CRN Names IGEL to its 2023 List of Coolest Cloud Companies

IGEL recognized as a trusted partner for solution providers seeking innovative and cutting-edge technologies to enable their customers’ cloud journey

SAN FRANCISCO, January 30, 2023 – IGEL, provider of the managed endpoint operating system for secure access to any digital workspace, today announced that it has been named by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, to the annual Cloud 100 list. This list honors the 100 Coolest Cloud Companies for 2023 across five key categories: infrastructure, monitoring and management, storage, software, and security.

CRN’s Cloud 100 list spotlights technology suppliers for their commitment to channel partners as well as their demonstrated innovation in cloud-based technology development. This list is the trusted resource for solution providers looking for technology vendors best positioned to support their cloud product and services needs.

IGEL is being recognized on the 2023 CRN Cloud 100 list as a direct result of its commitment to forging alliances across the end user computing industry that create opportunities to increase customer adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth for its partners. In November 2022, IGEL announced it was ending production of IGEL-branded Universal Desktop (UD) endpoint devices and partnering with HP, Lenovo, LG, and others to deliver IGEL OS, enabling partners and customers to derive more value from their investments in Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware VDI, DaaS and SaaS solutions.

“Together with our ecosystem partners, IGEL is putting technology at the center of the digital workspace experience and providing solutions to our channel partners and their customers that are secure, easy to manage, and cost-effective to deploy and operate,” said Phil Eden, Vice President of Channel Sales, IGEL. “Thank you to the editors of CRN for recognizing IGEL as part of the 2023 Cloud 100 list, and for continuing to acknowledge the contributions we are making to drive business success and growth for our channel partners.”

“In today’s remote-facing enterprise environment, cloud services have become the critical component needed to build comprehensive and secure IT solutions,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO, The Channel Company. “The companies selected for this year’s Cloud 100 list have shown time and again that they support partners in the ever-evolving cloud computing business with state-of-the-art products and services. Our team commends those on this year’s list and looks forward to watching them drive positive change in the cloud domain throughout the year.”

CRN’s Cloud 100 list will be featured in the February 2023 issue of CRN magazine and online at www.crn.com/cloud100.
