Published annually, the CRN Women of the Channel list recognizes women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose expertise and vision are leaving a noticeable and commendable mark on the technology industry.

Achieving partner success through creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership
The CRN 2023 Women of the Channel honorees bring their creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to bear in a variety of roles and responsibilities, but all are turning their unique talents toward driving success for their partners and customers.
During the past year, Sarah Heibult helped refine established processes to ensure equity and success for all partners in the IGEL ecosystem by identifying opportunities in untapped markets; initiating conversations with key stakeholders on how IGEL can be included in established solution offerings; and, leveraging internal tools and data to provide guidance for partner enablement.
Laura Hermans worked to advance IGEL’s channel business by leveraging her project management skills to align IGEL’s global channel sales and marketing teams through shared partner success tools and resources, including a dashboard for tracking partner KPIs.
Dedicated to enabling IGEL partners on both the sales and the technical side, Janice Savage has been focused on driving revenue growth for both IGEL and its partners through strategic account mapping, which has laid the groundwork to establish more meaningful relationships for IGEL across the channel and increase the number of net new logos being added each year.
Erin Ware excels in driving go-to-market success for IGEL’s distribution partners, and working together with IGEL’s channel operations team, she leveraged reporting and analytics to increase visibility into performance metrics and improve access to business-building tools and resources.
