These Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the IGEL “Boot Secure. Score Big.” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by IGEL Technology Corporation. (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the following jurisdictions at the time of entry:

• The fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
• Canada
• Austria
• Belgium
• Czech Republic
• Denmark
• Finland
• Germany
• Ireland
• Luxembourg
• The Netherlands
• Norway
• Poland
• Spain
• Sweden
• Switzerland
• United Kingdom

(collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”).

Entrants must:

• Be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry
• Possess a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or similar)
• Be an information technology (IT) professional, executive, manager, architect, or decision-maker at a mid-market or enterprise organization
• Complete the required Sweepstakes entry process

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, IGEL Technology GmbH, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, resellers, partners, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on March 9^th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 9, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the official online entry form provided by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period.

To qualify for entry, participants must also attend or participate in a brief presentation and/or product demonstration of IGEL solutions (approximately 20–30 minutes in duration). The demonstration may occur in one of the following ways:

• In person at a trade show, conference, or other industry event where Sponsor is exhibiting; or
• Virtually through a scheduled online meeting, webinar, or remote demonstration hosted by Sponsor.

Following completion of the demonstration, entrants must submit the required entry form provided by Sponsor. Only fully completed entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period and associated with a completed demonstration will be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of demonstrations attended.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor reserves the right to verify that a qualifying demonstration was completed before confirming eligibility.

Completion of a demonstration does not require any purchase and does not increase the odds of winning.

A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about June 10, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will select:

• Twenty (20) winners of IGEL-branded Adidas Samba sneakers
• Five (5) winners of LEGO® international football championship trophy sets
• One (1) Grand Prize winner

Entrants do not need to be present to win.

Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry. If a potential winner does not respond within a reasonable time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

One (1) winner will receive a Miami Match Experience, including:

• Invitation to join IGEL in a private suite for the Scotland vs. Brazil match
• Match date: June 24, 2026
• Location: Miami, Florida
• Participation in an IGEL IT Executive Briefing
• Round-trip airfare to Miami (from a major airport near the winner’s residence)
• Hotel accommodations arranged by Sponsor
• Match suite access hosted by IGEL

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Determined by Sponsor based on travel costs and accommodations.

Travel must occur on dates specified by Sponsor and may be subject to availability.

Approximate Retail Value for each prize will be determined by Sponsor.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Potential winners must:

• Respond to Sponsor’s notification within a reasonable timeframe
• Complete any required eligibility verification documentation
• Provide valid identification if requested

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes
• Uses automated entry systems

By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor and the Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical errors or system failures
• Any injury or damage related to participation or prize use

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

All disputes relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, and entrants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
