  • International, technically qualified user support and assistance with IT-related issues
  • Onsite/field and remote support as well as event support
  • User management in a hybrid Active Directory/Office 365 environment
  • Installation, deployment and support around the user workplace (hardware, software, licenses, virus protection)
  • Administration of thin clients via IGEL Universal Management Suite and mobile devices via Mobile Device Management Solution
  • Support of the video conference and telephony solution and SaaS cloud solutions
  • Participation in the creation, improvement and automation of IT processes
  • Participation in the documentation and inventory of the IT infrastructure
  • Support of IT projects


  • Completed vocational training/studies in the IT field or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in IT support
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Linux
  • Confident use of Active Directory, Office 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory
  • Experienced in working with Office 365 apps such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Outlook the other Office standard apps
  • Experienced in working with IT ticket systems and mobile device management solutions
  • Experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with other IT topics as needed
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • High level of customer service orientation
