The Role

The Innovation and Product Group (IPG) is the business unit where the technical and creative heart of IGEL beats. Here, product management and software development work hand in hand to create the next generation of our software products.

The Operations Management IPG team supports the teams to be as effective as possible. We do this by optimizing processes, managing throughput, and gathering all the materials the teams need to focus on innovating and developing our products.

In the role of Operations Manager (IPG), you will play a key role in our agile organizational development in addition to the above tasks, integrating complex customer and market requirements in planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Record, analyze and continuously improve internal processes
  • Identify weak points and define improvement measures
  • Apply measures to increase efficiency (e.g. Agile methods, flight level methodology)
  • Coordinate the work of the different development teams with each other
  • Set up and further develop KPI-based reporting as the basis for our Continuous Improvement process
  • Communicate new processes and methods
  • Plan and conduct retrospectives and workshops
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in business administration or comparable education
  • You have at least 8 years of professional experience, ideally in software companies
  • Certificate in one of the following areas: Scrum Master, Agile Master, Agile Coach
  • Strong organizational talent and good entrepreneurial understanding
  • You work efficiently, precisely and are able to think "out of the box".
  • Written and spoken English & German is a matter of course for you, as we work with many international colleagues and partners
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment with a pleasant working atmosphere and are looking for a new task in an expanding company
