Registration
Sponsor staff members can register for the event by using the main registration link and utilizing the staff code provided in your sponsor kits. The code can be entered in the checkout section of the registration process to access your allotment of free tickets for event staff.
Hotels
Hotels can also be booked during the registration process after booking your ticket to the event. Room blocks are available in the host hotel, The Infinity Hotel in Munich and the nearby Victors Residenz Hotel. To ensure access in the event blocks, we recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible.
Promotion
IGEL has been promoting the event through comprehensive digital and conventional methods. As a sponsor, we ask that you help us fill the event with your customers, prospects, colleagues, and friends. To make this easier, we have delivered a sponsor kit of promotional assets to use to help promote the event. If you have not received your sponsor kit, please reach out to Kevin Aubrey. If you’re interested in additional options for co-promotion, please reach out to the team.
