IGEL Insights – Visibility that Maximizes Value

IGEL Insights™ Will Help Deliver Clarity

First announced as a “next” item at the IGEL Now & Next Conference in Miami Beach in March 2025, IGEL Insights is an upcoming data collection and observability platform for your IGEL deployments. It aims to help improve visibility for any IGEL environment with purpose-built visualizations across areas such as user experience, security, utilization, and sustainability. All customers regardless of size, vertical, or use case can benefit. By leveraging a lightweight data collection mechanism on endpoints, data is pushed to a customer-owned and managed platform for collection, organization, and generation of tangible insights.

Today, we delivered an update on our progress on stage at Now & Next Frankfurt. We’re pleased to announce that IGEL admins and help desk staff will soon benefit from this improved visibility across the entire IGEL estate including…

• DEX and security scores for both devices and users to quickly understand where to focus efforts and the ability to drill-down into granular details
• Beautiful visuals with real-time and historical data to draw meaningful conclusions and integrate within existing workflows
• A focus on improving productivity, optimizing operations, and increasing overall sustainability
• A helpful search feature to locate what’s relevant when you need it most
• IGEL suggestions and best practices built from years’ worth of expert hands-on knowledge – all without alert fatigue

Taking a Partner-Focused Approach

At IGEL, working with partners, both alliance and channel, is core to who we are. We have over 125 partners in our IGEL Ready Program with more coming online regularly. We’re also a 100% channel driven company realizing the importance of the customer-centric value these organizations help us deliver. With IGEL Insights, we take the same approach.

We’re currently in discussions with a number of leading DEX and similar vendors within the IGEL Ready ecosystem. Our goal is to make available 100% of the insights we generate to these vendor platforms our customers rely on every day – providing a single pane of glass for everyday operations yet still the ability to leverage the IGEL Insights web console whenever needed. Channel partners have an opportunity to drive more strategic conversations with customers and better position them for success through a deeper understanding of their environment and goals.
